To serve, empty the contents into a saucepan and heat gently to just below boiling point, stir occasionally. As an optional extra, peeled prawns (cooked or uncooked) or other seafoods can be added to the curry during the last minute of cooking if desired. Pour the curry on to Chinese egg noodles or Japanese Udon noodles. Garnish with beansprouts or your favourite vegetables.
