Description:Mae Ploy Sour Curry Paste
No Added MSG. No Preservative. No Artificial Colour

Cooking Directions:
1. Cook 200g of prawn or fish then pound together with 50g of Sour Curry Paste
2. Place into 500g of boiling water and heat until boiling then add 150-200g of vegetables and cook until the vegetables soften
3. Add tamarind juice. Taste before seasoning
Suggestion: For a milder flavour, half portion of the curry paste should be used.

This product may contain traces of fish.
