Direction:
- Cook 200g of prawn or fish then pound together with 50g of Sour Yellow Curry Paste.
- Place into 400g of boiling water and heat until boiling then add 150-200g of vegetables and cook until soften, add tamarind juice. Test before seasoning.

Ingredients:Garlic (50.5%), Lemongrass (14.0%), Salt (12.4%), Dried Red Chilli (11.0%), Shrimp Paste (Shrimp (80%), Salt (20%)) (8.0%), Turmeric (3.0%), Pepper (1.0%), Citric Acid (0.1%).
