Description:Recipe Suggestion:
In Thailand curries are prepared with a spicy paste made from fresh ingredients, rather than a powdered dried spice base. To make a meat curry for 4, fry 2tbsp of Lotus Green Curry Paste in a little oil with 300ml (1/2 pint) of Lotus Coconut Milk or water. Add 450g (1lb) of chicken, meat or prawns and season with 2 tbsp of fish sauce or soya sauce. Bring to the boil and simmer for 35-40 minutes for chicken, 10-15 minutes for prawns, adding more liquid if necessary.

Keep refrigerated after opening.
Ingredients:Coriander, Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Lemongrass, Shallot, Galangal, Water, Wild Ginger, Green Hot Chilli, Salt, Sugar, Kaffir Lime Peel, Sweet, Basil, Turmeric, Coriander Seed, Cumin, Acidifying Agent (Citric Acid).
