Description:X.O Thai Green Curry Paste

Cooking Directions (For 2 Servings):
1. Stir-fry X.O Green Curry Paste with 200ml coconut milk until mixture is oily.
2. Add meat and coconut milk to your own taste and cook until meat is tender.
3. Add bamboo shoot and some vegetables, small eggplant.
4. Add fish sauce, salt and sugar to your own taste and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Finish by adding kaffir line leaves and serve with rice.

Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
