Description:X.O Thai Masman Curry Paste
Masman Curry Paste is the only native curry to Thailand Thai Curry Paste is made from only the natural ingredients.

Use as cooking ingredients.

Cooking Directions (For 2 Servings):
1. Simmer 100ml of X.O coconut cream until oily, the add 3-4 tbsp of X.O Masman Curry Paste, stir-fried until cooked.
2. Add meat (beef or chicken drumstick), about 400-500 grams, stir-fried until meat cooked.
3. Add more 100ml-150ml of X.O. low fat coconut milk, cook until tender.
4. Add X.O fish sauce (or salt), concentrated tamarind juice from X.O tamarind seedless and X.O. Palm Sugar as required.
5. Add potatoes chunk and onion, stir until cooked.
6. Finish by adding roasted peanuts and serve while hot. with X.O Thai hom mali rice.

Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
