Description:X.O Thai Panang Curry Paste
Panang Curry Paste is the only native curry to Thailand. Thai Curry Paste is made from only the natural ingredients.

Use as cooking ingredients.

Cooking Directions (For 2 Servings):
1. Stir-fried X.O Panang Curry Paste for 2-3 tbsp with 100ml of X.O coconut milk until mixture is oily.
2. Add meat (beef, poultry, or pork), or seafoods (about 400 grams), and more 100ml-150ml of X.O coconut milk, cook until tender.
3. Add X.O fish sauce (or salt) and X.O palm sugar as required.
4. Add sweet basil leaves, sliced red chilli, and stir until cooked.
5. Finish by adding sliced kaffir lime leaves and serve while hot with X.O Thai hom mali rice.

Storage Advice: Store in a cool & dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
