Description:X.O Thai Red Curry Paste
Red Curry Paste is the favourite dish for a Thai household, made from the finest ingredients.

Authentic Red Curry
Use as cooking ingredients
Cooking Direction (For 2 Servings):
1. Stir-fry Curry Paste with 200ml coconut milk until mixture is oily.
2. Add meat and coconut milk, cook until meat is tender.
Add bamboo shoot and some vegetables, small eggplant.
3. Add fish sauce/salt/sugar as required, and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Finish by adding kaffir line leaves and serve while hot with X.O. Thai Hom Mali rice.

Storage Advice: Store in a cool & dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
