Description:X.O Thai Yellow Curry Paste
Yellow Curry Paste is the only native curry to Thailand. Thai Curry Paste is made from only the natural ingredients.

Use as cooking ingredients

Cooking Directions (For 2 Servings):
1. Simmer 100ml of X.O coconut cream until oily, then add 2 tbsp of X.O yellow curry paste, stir-fried until cooked.
2. Add meat (beef, chicken, or pork), about 300-400 grams, stir-fried until cooked.
3. Add 100ml-150ml of X.O low fat coconut milk, then cook until tender.
4. Add X.O fish sauce (or salt) and X.O palm sugar as required, simmer for 8-10 minutes.
5. Add potatoes chunk and onion (1/4 cutting), stir until cooked.
6. Serve while hot with X.O Thai hom mali rice.

Storage Advice: Store in a cool & dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
