Description:Samui Vegan Green Curry Paste (Mild)
Perfect Curry Everytime

Ingredients
2 tbsp Samui Green Curry Paste
1 can Samui Coconut Milk (400ml)
30g Bamboo Shoot
30g Chinese Cabbage
100g Vegan Meat of Choice or Hard Tofu
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Palm Sugar
Basil Leaves and Red Chilli (to garnish).

Directions:
1. Heat up a cooking pan at medium heat.
2. Add 2 tbsp Green Curry paste into the pan stir for half a minute.
3. Add 1 can of coconut milk into the pan and bring to a boil.
4. Add vegetables and bring to a boil.
5. Add 100g of sliced vegan meat of choice or tofu into the curry.
6. Season to taste with the salt and palm sugar.
7. Garnish with fresh chilli and basil leaves (optional) and serve with rice. Serves 2.

Store in a cool, dry place.
Refrigerate after opening.
