Description:Mae Ploy Vegetarian Massaman Curry Paste

No Preservative. No MSG. No Artificial Colour. Non GMO. Gluten Free. Suitable for Vegan.

Instruction For Use:
1. Stir-fry 50g of Vegetarian Massaman Curry Paste in 1 tbsp soybean oil, then add 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk
2. Add 200g of vegetarian food and another 1/2 cup (120 ml) of coconut milk, heat until boiled
3. Add 150g cubed potatoes, 50g onion, 15g peanut, 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water and cook until the vegetables soften
4. Add 3 tsp sugar, 1 tsp tamarind extract, taste and season as required

Storage Instruction: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 6 months.
