Description:Aroy-D Yellow Curry Paste

Recipe (For 2-3 Persons):
1. Boil 1 1/4 cups (275ml) of coconut milk, 2 3/4 tablespoons 50g of curry paste and 3/4 cup (150g) of your favourite meat at medium heat during 10 minutes.
2. Put 1 cup (200g) of potatoes (cube-shape) and 1/2 cup (110g) of water. Stir occasionally during 5 minutes.
3. Simmer the meat until is cookedor 10 minutes. There will be a thin layer of oil on top.
4. Put 1 1/2 tablespoons (23g) of palm sugar, 2 teaspoons (10g) of fish sauce.

Ingredients:Shallot, Garlic, Dried Red Chilli (15%), Salt, Lemongrass, Kaffir Lime Peel, Galangal, Cinnamon, Mace, Cumin Powder, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric.
