Stir-Fry Vegetables Recipe (Serves 4):
5 min. Prep 5 min. Cook
3 tbsp Yeo's Black Bean Sauce, 1 tsp Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil, 2 tbsp cooking oil, 150g canned champignons (drained and halved), 300g chopped mixed vegetables (asparagus, corn, carrot), 300 ml water
Cooking Instructions:
Stir-fry champignons and vegetables in heated oil for 1 minute. Add Yeo's Black Bean Sauce, water and simmer till vegetables are cooked. Add Yeo's Pure Sesame Oil, mix well and serve
