Black Pepper Steak Recipe (Serves 4)::
30 min. prep 10 min. cook
For Marinade:
6 tbsp Yeo's Black Pepper Sauce, 4 x 300g beef tenderloin steak
For Sauce:
4 tbsp Yeo's Black Pepper Sauce, 1 large onion, sliced, 80 ml white wine
Other Ingredients:
2 tbsp cooking oil, 200g baby carrot, steamed, 200g baby potatoes, boiled or baked, 200g broccoli, steamed
Cooking Instructions:
Marinate steak with Yeo's Black Pepper Sauce for 30 minutes. Pan fry steak over medium heat for 3 minutes or as desired. Set aside. Saute onion, white wine & Yeo's Black Pepper Sauce. Simmer over low heat. Pour sauce over steaks and serve with carrots, potatoes and broccoli

Stir well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
