Sauteed Spicy Prawns with Chiu Chow Style Lo Sui Marinade
Ingredient: Prawns 300g, Sliced Yellow Pepper 100g, Sliced Deseeded Cone Pepper 2 pieces, Minced garlic 1tbsp, Sliced spring onion 1 stalk.
Seasoning: Amoy Chiu Chou Style Lo Sui Marinade 2 tbsp, Sugar 1/4 tsp.
Sauce: Corn Starch 1/2 tsp, Water 1 tbsp.

Method:
1. Remove the head, shell, tentacle, legs and intestine of the prawns then wipe dry.
2. Heat the pan with 1 tbsp of oil, stir in yellow pepper and cone pepper, then dish up. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of oil, fry the prawns until medium well.
3. Add garlic, yellow pepper, cone pepper and seasonings, stir well until prawns are done. Toss in spring onion sections and sauce, stir and serve.

Close the lid tightly and keep refrigerated after use.
