Description:Lobo Thai Style E-San Meat Sauce

E-San sauce or North Eastern Meat Sauce is very legendary in our Thai culture, No one knows who originated the recipe. But it surely dated back a hundred years ago. The distinctive aroma of charcoal-broiled herbs and spices such as shallot and cumin leaves highlighted with grade-A fish sauce and lime juice brings out the best taste of all kinds of barbecued meats and steak. Just smell the sauce in this jar, it's like somebody says '"Bon Appetit".

Directions:
Pour the contents of this jar in a bowl. Garnish with dill leaves and spring onion. Serve with roast chicken, beef or steak.

Ingredients:Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Salt, Sugar), Tamarind Paste, Water, Palm Sugar, Chilli, Spring Onion, Long Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Roasted Glutinous Rice.
