A spicy-sweet sauce made from a blend of soya-based ingredients with an array of spices and local specialities, including salted plums, sesame and chilli peppers.

Shrimp With Hoisin Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Stir-fry 1 tbsp minced garlic and 350g (12 oz) shrimp for 2 min. Add 120g (4 oz) each diced green and red bell peppers, 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce and 1 tbsp oyster flavoured sauce. Stir-fry for 1 min
