Stir-Fried Chicken In Hoi Sin Sauce
Cooking Instructions:
Marinate 350g diced chicken with 1 tsp Amoy Light Soy Sauce and 2 tsp corn starch. Dice 120g bamboo shoots and half a green pepper. Pan-fry chicken and bamboo shoots. Add 4 tbsp Amoy Hoi Sin Sauce and green pepper. Stir in 40g cashew nuts and mix well. Serve hot. Ensure fully cooked before serving.
