Authentic Spicepaste made from fresh herbs and spices

The hot pepper paste (Gochujang) imparts a spicy and slightly sweet taste to stir-fried octopus, squid or meat and is used extensively in Korean dishes. Alternatively, serve it with "Bibimbap", a bowl of rice mixed with vegetables.

Hot Pepper Stir Fried Seafood Serves 4
1 Packet Asian Home Gourmet Korean Hot Pepper Stir Fry SpicePaste
350g seafood (squids/calamari, prawns or mussels); cit into bite sized pieces
100g onions, coarsely chopped
1/2 carrot (60g) or capsicum, thinly sliced
2tbsp vegetable oil

1. Heat oil in non stick wok on high heat. Add onions and carrots; stir fry for 1 minute.
2. Add seafood; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add spice paste; stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked. Serve hot with rice.

May contain traces of Protein from Soya and Maize, Wheat, Fish, Crustaceans, molluscs, Peanuts and Tree nuts, Dairy, Mustard and Sesame
Store in cool, dry place.
Ingredients:Miso Paste (Soyabean, Rice, Salt), Fructose Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Water, Fresh Red Chillies, Soya Sauce (Soyabean, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Colour: Parpika Oleoresin, Spirit Vinegar, Kimchi Flavouring (Nature Identical).
