Mee Siam (Spicy Noodles)
Ingredients:
1 jar Yeo's Mee Siam Paste, 60g Yeo's Rice Vermicelli, 1 Fried Tofu Puff (Tau Pok) cubed, 40g Bean Sprouts blanched, 6 Medium Prawns, cooked and de-shelled, 1 Egg, hard-boiled and sliced, 1 Lime, halved, Chives, cut 1cm.

Soak vermicelli in warm water until soft. Drain & mix with 2 tbsp Yeo's Mee Siam Paste. Fry till fragrant. Pour remaining Yeo's Mee Siam Paste into pot with 300ml water. Stir well, bring to boil and pour over vermicelli. Garnish with tofu puff, bean sprouts, prawns, egg, lime and chives.
Ingredients:Onion, Sugar, Salted Soya Bean (contains wheat), Tamarind, Chilli, Palm Oil, Garlic, Modified Corn Starch, Dried Shrimp, Water, Salt, Citirc Acid, Flavour Enhancers (E631, E627).
