Miso Yaki is prepared with Miso, known as a traditional Japanese condiment and a Umami booster. It will provide an easy, flavourful and healthy meal. Enjoy restaurant-quality Miso Yaki BBQ ay home, just by using your favourite choice of fish fillets or shellfish.

Easy Miso Yaki: 1 (12.3oz) package will marinate 1.6lbs. your choice of fish fillets or shellfish.
1. Mix marinade and your choice of fish fillets or shellfish.
2. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
3. Grill and enjoy tangy miso flavour.

Useful Hints:
Increase marinade time to maximise flavour: Fish Fillets (such as salmon, sea bass, cod) - 12 hrs.
When cooking in frying pan, wiping excess marinade from food before frying will reduce burning.
Have 3 tbsp. of marinade set aside for basting while grilling.

Use as soon as possible after opening to enjoy the fresh taste and flavour burst.
Refrigerate after opening.
