Nasi Goreng (Fried Rice) Recipe (Serves 3-4):
10 min. prep - 10 min. cook
1 jar Yeo's Nasi Goreng Paste, 1 tbsp cooking oil, 700g boiled rice (cooled), 150g medium prawns, cooked and de-shelled, 3 sticks crab meat, 2 eggs, whisked, fried and sliced, spring onion, to garnish
Cooking Instructions:
Fry rice with Yeo's Nasi Goreng Paste in heated oil till fragrant. Add prawns, crab meat, eggs and mix well. Garnish and serve
Alternative: You may replace rice with 375g Yeo's Ezy-Cook noodles
