Cooking Instructions (Serves 4-5):
Coconut Milk Steamed Rice With Nasi Lemak Chilli
- Cook coconut milk steamed rice in rice cooker with: 2 rice cups rice, 3 screwpine leave, salt to taste (1tbp), coconut milk (150g) and some water (about 200g).
-Serve with Nasi Lemak Chilli, dried small fish, fried anchovy, hard boiled eggs and sliced cucumber.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
