Description:Sambal sauce, a typical Malaysian tart and tangy sauce combining tomato, chilli and tamarind, is best used to cook prawns or mixed seafood. It can also be added to stir-fried chicken for a tangy twist.

No Artificial Flavouring. No Artificial Preservatives. No Added MSG.

Sambal Prawns (Serves 5-6):
Prep. time 5 min Cooking 10 min
Cooking Instructions:
1. Empty AYAM Sambal Sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil
2. Stir in prawns, reduce heat and simmer until prawns are cooked (approximately 10 minutes)
3. Serve with steamed rice

Hint:
Replace prawns with squids or other seafood. Either add 1 small onion (cut in wedges) or 1 cup of cut beans (2 cm in length) with prawns and cook together.

Keep refrigerated once opened and consume within one month.
