Description:Jade Phoenix San Choy Bao Sauce
Sauce for Chinese Lettuce Wraps

Preparation: Separate 8 lettuce leaves to serve as serving cups. Stir-fry 70g diced carrots and 60g diced water chestnut. Add 200g lean minced meat (seasoned), stir-fry until cooked. Add 4-5 tbsp of San Choy Bao Sauce and cook until the sauce had reduced.

Refrigerate after opening.
