Description:Satae sauce is a creamy dipping peanut sauce for pork satae. It's also good with grilled beef, pork, chicken, bread, cucumber, or fried potato.

No Artificial Colour or Flavour. No Preservatives. No MSG.

Preparation (Serves 2):
1 pack Maesri Satae Sauce, 300g pork, 100ml coconut milk or fresh milk, 1/4 tsp curry powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp salt, 25 satae sticks

Cooking Instructions:
1. Wash the pork, and cut into slices, about 1/2 cm thick, 2 cm wide and 8 cm long
2. Mix the pork with all the prepared ingredients thoroughly, marinate and keep in a refrigerator for 30 minutes, then thread onto the sticks
3. Spread coconut milk or fresh milk over the pork and grill the pork satae over medium heat until cooked. Arrange on a serving dish
4. Serve pork satae with Maesri's Satae Sauce.
* Only heat up Satae Sauce and ready to serve.
