Description:Santapai Scallion-Flavoured Noodles Sauce

Serving Suggestion:
1. Take one sachel of sauce (50g), open it and pour it into a bowl. Add a little boiling water or noodles soup, stir it up, and set it aside.
2. Cook 150g of noodles until they're done. Fish them out, drain off the water, then put them in the bowl and mix well - then it's ready to eat. A little chopped shallot will make it taste even better.
3. You can also use it to season instant noodles, rice noodles, or other kinds of noodles.

Storage : Store in cool, dry place.
