Ma Po Tofu (Tofu in Spicy Bean Sauce). (Serves 4)
Stir-fry 90g (3oz) minced pork in 1 tbsp oil until done. Stir in 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Spicy Bean Sauce, 300g (10oz) diced soft tofu and cook until sauce thickens.
