Description:Sweet & Sour Sauce

No Added MSG. No Preservatives.

Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet Recipe (Serves 4):
5 min. Prep 10 min. Cook
200g fish fillet (bite sized), 2 cups (500 ml) cooking oil, a pinch of salt and pepper
For Batter:
50 ml water, 2 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp corn starch/corn flour
For Sauce:
1 jar Yeo's Sweet & Sour Sauce, 1 onion (cubed), 1/2 red and green bell pepper (cubed), 100g canned pineapple (drained and cubed)
Cooking Instructions:
Mix batter ingredients together and whisk. Sprinkle salt and pepper on fish fillet. Dip in batter and deep-fry in hot oil till golden brown. Set aside. Drain oil add Yeo's Sweet & Sour Sauce, onion, bell pepper, pineapple and simmer for 1 minute. Stir in fried fish and serve
