Description:Mama Sita's Tomato Sauce
Tomato Sauce has what you are looking for in a tomato sauce, with that extraordinary allure bestowed only by a culinary legacy. A flavourful sauce specially blended for Pochero or Afritada, and rice at home on your favourite pasta dishes.

Arroz A La Cubana recipe: (Makes 3 servings)
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp (15ml) cooking oil, saute 1 tsp (5g) garlic, minced and 2 tbsp (20g) onion, chopped. Add 1.1lbs (500g) gound meat, saute until brown. Add 1/4 cup (35g) raisins, 1 pouch (200g) Mama Sita's Tomato Sauce, 1 piece (90g) green bell pepper, diced and 1/4 cup (30g) green peas, including salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender but not mushy.

To serve: Place several large spoonfuls of meat mixture together with a cupful of steamed rice and some fried bananas on a plate. Top rice with fried egg.

Store in a clean, cool & dry place refrigerate after opening.
