Description:Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce Kokusai Eibun

Yakisoba Noodles (Japanese Stir-Fry Noodles) (Serves 2):
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 oz (60g) peeled shrimp
4 cabbage leaves, diced
½ cup green bell pepper
½ cup carrot
½ medium onion, sliced
10 oz (300g) noodles (2 individual packs), cooked al dente, drained, patted dry
1/3 cup (80g) Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce

You can change the meat, seafood and vegetable ingredients to suit your taste.

1. Heat oil in a large skillet, saute shrimp and vegetable until cooked (3-5 min)
2. Add noodles and stir-fry thoroughly
3. Stir-in Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce and heat for 2-3 minutes
4. Serve immediately

The flavour of Otafuku Yakisoba Sauce is enhanced when it is cooked. This can be used for various menus not only for Yakisoba (fried noodle).

Menu idea (excellent with):
Fried udon, fried noodle with omelette, fried rice, or fried vegetables.
