Description:Juan Cheng Pai Broad Bean Sauce For Twice Cooked Pork

Instructions for Use: Used as condiment for Szechuan Dish: Twice Cooked Pork. Put the pork belly tripes in boiling water for about 5 minutes, rinse with cold water then drain. Slice into thin pieces. Heat the wok with high heat, when the wok is really hot, put in vegetable oil, ginger then the Broad Bean Sauce when the wok is smoky. Stir fry the broad bean sauce until the oil is turning red colour. The put in the sliced pork, stir-fry with high heat, put in spring onion when the pork is almost cooked.
Ingredients:Chilli (52%), Broad Bean (22%), Wheat Flour, Salt.
