Directions: Dak Galbi
1. Slice 200g chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate with the contents of this packet for 10-15 minutes.
2. Prepare 350g vegetables such as cabbage, onion, carrot, red chilli and spring onion, cut into bite size. You may add Korean rice cakes (Tteok-Bokki Tteok), and sweet potato in this step but the total weight should remain as 350g.
Ingredients:Gochujang (Fermented Soybean Paste, Red Pepper, Glutinous Rice Flour, Garlic), High Fructose Syrup, Water, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Salt, Distilled Vinegar, Gochujang Flavour.
