Description:Kuah Kari Ikan
Malaysian Spicy Fish Curry Sauce With Coconut Milk
A hot and tangy ready-to-cook sauce with tamarind, ginger flower and polygonum leaves. Usually cooked with fish.
Just add fish and water.

No Preservatives. No Colouring. Gluten Free.

Cooking Instructions (Serves 4):
1. Add 300g fish and 1 packet of Brahim's Fish Curry Sauce to 200 ml (3/4 cup) water
2. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through
3. To enhance flavour, add 100g of vegetables, e.g. eggplant or okra, tomatoes and green chillies. Serve hot

Allergen Information: Contains Mustard.

Once opened, keep refrigerated. Use within 24 hours.

Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
