Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Hong Kong Style Honey & Soy Stir-Fry Sauce
This distinctive sweet and savoury sauce made with honey and flavoured with the richness of soy sauce, is perfect for both stir-fries, glazing spare ribs or chicken wings with its hint of garlic, makes a perfect noodle dish. Use as a marinade for finger-licking BBQ chicken or pork chops.

Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 10-12 minutes
Serves: 2 servings

Just Add:
250g diced chicken breast or thigh meat
50g sugar snap peas, halved
75 baby sweetcorn, halved
1 Tbsp oil
70g sachet Honey & Soy Stir-fry Sauce

1. Heat oil in a wok or frying pan, add chicken, stir-fry over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden.
2. Add sugar snap peas and baby sweetcorn, stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
3. Add Honey & Soy Stir-fry Sauce, toss together with a splash of water for 2 minutes. Serve with noodles.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
