Seasoning For Stewed Pork In Brown Sauce

Cooking Directions:
Dice about 250g pork into 2cm cubes, put cubes into a deep pot, simmer until water begins to boil; remove & drain; next stir-fry the recipe base with cooking oil, then add cubes and reduce heat to medium, simmer until very tender.

Use as a condiment for cooking Szechuan dishes.

Store in a cool and dry place
