Description:Sauce For Curry Seafood

Ready made in a wide range of flavours, Lee Kum Kee Menu-oriented sauces bring you delicious dishes and save you time in the kitchen. Prepared from selected coconut, spices and other ingredients, this sauce is ideal for cooking Curry Seafood or other curry flavoured dishes.

Curry Seafood (Serves 4):
250g / 8 oz fresh squid (cut into pieces), and prawns (shelled and de-veined), 1/2 onion (cut into pieces), 25g / 1 oz carrot (sliced), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Curry Seafood (60g / 2.1 oz)
Stir-fry onion in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add carrot, squid and prawns. Stir well until seafood is done. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Curry Seafood. Stir well quickly until heated through.

Also good for beef brisket, lamb, potato.

Allergy Advice: Contains Milk, Soybean, Wheat.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
