Sauce For Sweet And Vinegar Spare Ribs (Serves 4):
300g (10 oz) spare ribs (cut into pieces), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet And Vinegar Spare Ribs
1. Mix spare ribs with 1/2 tsp salt
2. Stir-fry spare ribs in 1 tbsp oil until done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Sweet And Vinegar Spare Ribs and heat through

Also good for fish fillet, chicken meat, beef ribs
