Twice Cooked Pork Belly (Recipe Base)

Cooking Directions:
Bring enough water to a boil to cover about 200g pork belly, cut into thick slices; next stir-fry this recipe base with cooking oil then add pork and leeks, stir until whole dish is completely coated with it.

Use as a condiment for cooking Szechuan dishes.

Store in a cool and dry place.
