Cooking Instructions:
Suggested Ingredients: Spicy Seasoning Pack x 1, Mixed Dry Spices & Sesame Pack x 1, Seasoning Powder Pack x 1, Lean Pork Loin 200g, Bean Sprouts Or Bamboo Shoots 100g, Sliced Spring Onion 30g.
1. Sliced the pork loin into 2mm slices, add some cooking wine, mix well with the seasoning powder pack.
2. Slice the vegetables to slice or chinks; add Spicy Seasoning Pack and with 500ml water and bring it to boil in a saucepan. Blanche the vegetables in the boiled sauce mix, then take out the vegetables from water and lay the vegetables on the bottom of a serving bowl. Further more, add the marinated pork slices in the boiled sauce mix for 1 minute, then pull all in the bowl.
3. Add the Dry Herb Mix on top of the bowl. Heat about 100g of oil to light smoke, then pour on to the dry mixed herb, then sprinkle of the sliced spring onion.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
