Description:HDL Sichuan Poached Fish Sauce

Cooking Instructions:
Preparation: Sichuan Poached Fish Sauce 120g
1kg fish fillets
300g vegetables (enoki mushrooms and bean sprouts).

Cooking Steps:
1. Add marinade powder and half pack of the sauce into fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Pour 700ml water into the pot and add the rest of the sauce.
3. Bring to the boil; add the marinated fish and vegetables; boil for 3 minute minutes before serving.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 weeks. Do not use if pack is swollen.
