Korean Beef
1kg beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup oil
2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
350g beansprouts (togue)

Marinade:
5 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp pepper
5 stalks green onions, chopped
1 pouch Del Monte Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce (560g)
2 tsp brown sugar

Marinate beef for 30 minutes. Drain but reserve marinade. Stir-fry beef by batch (4 batches) in oil until cooked. Set aside. In the same pan, simmer marinade for 5 minutes. combine with cooked beef. Add bean sprouts and sesame seeds. Stir once.

Makes 15 servings.
