Description:Yingpeng Spicy Firecracker Chicken Flavour Sachet (Laziji)

Directions:
Prepare about 1kg of chicken, and cut into 2cm cubes. Heat about 200g of vegetable oil in wok, put the prepared chicken cubes in, and stir-fry till no more vapour is produced. Add in the one bag of this product and stir-fry for a while till all the materials are evenly mixed. Add in suitable amount of water (better soup stock, enough to cover the chicken), cook with strong fire till the meat is well done. Add in some coriander or chopped fistular onion.
