Description:Marinade for Szechuan Barbecue Ribs Pai Gu Wang (Mild)
This tangy Northern Chinese marinade, made from a blend of aromatic spices, will bring an exciting spicy taste to your ribs.

No added MSG, Preservatives or Artificial Colours.

Szechuan Barbecue Ribs (Serves 4):
1 packet Szechuan Barbecue Ribs Marinade
450g (1 lb) ribs, cut into 5 cm (2") pieces
1 tbsp light soy sauce (optional)
1-2 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions:
1. Marinate meat with Marinade, soy sauce and oil. Cover and leave for at least 2 hours
2. To charcoal/electric grill: Grill for 25-30 minutes. Brush at least twice with remaining marinade. Turn occasionally
To roast/bake: Pre-heat oven to 190 Degree C (375 Degree F) and roast for 25-30 minutes. Brush at least twice with remaining marinade
To fry: Pan fry on medium heat until cooked

Cooking Tips: Boneless meat may be used to replace ribs. For more intense flavours, leave to marinate for at least 1 hour or refrigerate overnight

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use immediately.
