Description:Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Shanghai Style Tomato Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
This rich tasting sauce has the sweetness of tomatoes and honey, with fresh chillies and garlic. Ideal for making a quick stir-fry with prawns, chicken, pork or vegetables. Also good as a dip for finger food and chips.

Cooking: 5 minutes
Serves: 2 Servings

Simple. Just add:
180g raw, peeled king prawns, deveined
1 Tbsp oil
30g asparagus, cut into 4cm
70g sachet Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce

1. Heat oil in wok or frying pan, add prawns and asparagus, stir fry over medium high heat until the prawns turn pink.
2. Add Tomato Garlic Stir-fry Sauce, toss together for 1 minute.
3. Serve with rice or noodles.

Tomato Garlic Prawns (Serves 4):
250g / 8 oz prawns (trimmed & dried), 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawns (70g / 2.5 oz)
Pan-fry prawns in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and down. Turn to low heat and add Lee Kum Kee Sauce For Tomato Garlic Prawns. Stir well quickly until heated through or stir-fry 250g shelled prawns in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add sauce and stir well quickly.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
