Description:A naturally brewed, slightly thick, full-bodied and dark reddish-brown sauce. It has a rich aroma of fermented soya beans with a robust colour. For use in stir-fried, marinades, stews or as a dip.

Suggestion: Add 2-6 tablespoons of sauce during stir-frying.
Ingredients:Water, Extract of Soyabean (24%), Salt, Sugar, Caramel Colour (E150c), Wheat Flour.
