Recipe Serves 2):
Japchae (Stir-Fried Sweet Potato Noodles With Beef And Vegetables)

Ingredients:
100g sweet potato noodles, 60g beef, 35g mushroom, 30g bell pepper, 30g red onion, 30g carrot, 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Seasoning:
2 tbsp Sempio Soy Sauce Jin S, 1 tbsp sugar, a pinch of pepper powder, a pinch of sesame seeds, 2 or 3 tsp sesame seed oil
Directions:
1. Soak sweet potato noodles in warm water for 30 minutes and cook it in boiling water for 10 minutes
2. Combine all ingredients of seasoning in a bowl and mix together
3. Slice beef and all vegetables thinly and marinade beef with 1 tbsp seasoning
4. Add oil in a pre-heated pan and pan-fry meat and vegetables
5. Add sweet potato noodles and stir-fry with the remaining seasoning
