A popular vinegar suitable for all Japanese, Chinese and Western dishes. It features a mild acidity with a well-balanced flavour and aroma.

Uses include adding to sushi with a little salt, sugar and Mizkan mirin seasoning to make traditional sushi meshi (flavoured sushi rice) and mixing to soy sauce to make a dipping sauce for tempura or crumbed food.
