Description:Taka Sushi Rice Vinegar

This sushi rice vinegar is used to mix with Japonica rice for making authentic Japanese Sushi, maki and rolls.
Besides using for making sushi rice, it can also be added to salad dressing, stir frying, marinating or while boiling/or steaming meats such as crab to enrich a smooth taste and to enhance the flavour.

Keep refrigerated after opening.
