Description:Obento Sushi Seasoning for cooking and dressing

Sushi Seasoning is an integral part to making sushi - Japanese sticky, sweet rice served with thin slices of raw fish traditionally, to give it that pleasing after taste. Obento Sushi Seasoning is also used as a salad dressing without adding any oil.

Sushi Rice (Serves 1-2):
1) Sprinkle 3 tbsp of Obento Sushi Seasoning to 1 cup of cooked Obento sushi rice in a large shallow dish.
2) Using a wooden spatula, fold the sushi seasoning into the rice.
3) Let the rice cool to room temperature before using to make sushi.
